Low rates, no price hikes, no hidden fees, and an absurdly kind and helpful staff. Super reasonable prices on supplies, too. Oh, and they make keys. That was handy! This storage facility is located exactly in the middle of Denver on a cool stretch of Broadway. The owner told me it has been family-owned and operated for decades. This is exactly the kind of small business I like to patronize and help keep going. Thanks, guys!
Truly, and at home feeling the place is clean looks fresh and the staff is outstanding. The owner is a great businessman and they treat you like family. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful, taking the time to show us three different units so we could find the best fit. He was friendly, welcoming, and even offered to help us unload our car, which we really appreciated. They also had a great promotion, and the personalized customer service made it an easy choice over one of the larger corporate storage facilities. Highly recommend!
After using a franchise storage company it was so refreshing to work with 12 Broadway for the past two years. Zach especially but every employee was helpful over and above what I expected. This is an old Denver brick building in the midst of a dense area of Denver. It has a freight elevator that opens in the alley where you can park for loading - but keep your flashers on. This place provides top-notch service. It’s locally owned and operated, clean, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. I looked around for a while trying to find a storage unit that does not allow after-hours access. This seems to be the only one left in Denver that actually cares about customers and the security of their belongings. The service elevator situation is old school but a nonissue, we moved in over two separate U-Haul trips and it was a super efficient process each time.
