Just went in at the last minute, in need of boxes and tape. Didn’t have exactly what I needed, but the clerk, Jennifer, was absolutely more than helpful. Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!
As a single young female I felt very safe using this facility as there is always staff on the premises. The customer service is excellent and the facilities, stairwell, and elevator, are kept clean and orderly. Parking in the alley was rarely an issue and my belongings were stored securely. Great location and price. Highly recommend if you're in between places.
Just want to say this was the only truly locally owned/operated place I could find in Denver, and was a pleasure moving my things in even if it was a little trickier based on the small alley egress and older elevator access. The main reason why being locally run is the chance of long-term price hike shenanigans are kept at bay. I had moved my things from another large, well known chain that had doubled my storage costs over the 2 years I was with them. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Zach & Dan are exceptionally helpful, kind people. They both look for every opportunity to be of assistance, and they really care about their customers. The security systems are *solid*, the prices are very fair... and, they have the world's coolest elevator :) We checked out lots of other options for climate-controlled storage in Denver, and nothing else felt quite safe, or welcoming. 12 Broadway fit the bill in every way ~ so glad we chose this place.
I just moved my things out after a few years. Everything worked out perfectly - ease of getting to my things, friendliness of the customer service, and most of all the safe surroundings. The guys are very sweet and helpful.
