Honestly I'm a little sad to go. I think in this day and age I'm surprised whenever something works exactly how it seems like it should and this is definitely the case with this place. Prices are very reasonable, there's no crazy restrictions, no hidden fees, and the staff is always communicative and helpful. Case and point. This might be the only locally owned storage company in Denver! I did a lot of research and was nervous about the corporate companies, so I’m glad I found this place. I moved all of my furniture by myself, and the owner and one of the employees even helped me move some larger items.

Just went in at the last minute, in need of boxes and tape. Didn’t have exactly what I needed, but the clerk, Jennifer, was absolutely more than helpful. Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!

As a single young female I felt very safe using this facility as there is always staff on the premises. The customer service is excellent and the facilities, stairwell, and elevator, are kept clean and orderly. Parking in the alley was rarely an issue and my belongings were stored securely. Great location and price. Highly recommend if you're in between places.
