I mistakenly ordered Hazelnut Decaf instead of regular. Placed a call to customer service and they are shipping me Hazelnut reg. plus including a label to mail the decaf back to them......no cost to me. You can't find better customer service than that! I'm a fan! Thank you, 11th Street Coffee!
I will order sometime next month but really looks good the prices are a lot better then most I have seen.
I just got my first order and am thrilled! It shipped quickly and arrived safely due to great packaging. The customer service was friendly and extremely efficient when they contacted me [they can't ship to P.O. Boxes]. Great products and great prices! I have ordered from here many times. The customer service is great. It is the only place I can find spicy eggnog. I love this coffee. I even try to order enough to carry me through since the only time they have it is around Christmas. Love this coffee.

Just want to say that I saw 2 different K-Cup suppliers of K-Cup coffee on Facebook. One just sells their own brand and this company sells ALL. I called Kelly on Tuesday 1-17 at 4:30 & my case got shipped out Fed-Ex at 5:30. Received it today Thursday 1-19. Now that's GREAT SERVICE FOLKS. I highly recommend this company for all your coffee needs. P.S. Most of their boxes of K-Cups are $11.99 for 24. That's fifty cents per Cup. Won't do better than that. Thank you Kelly and 11th Street Coffee. Great service......
You can buy 24 kcups for $9.98 at any spartan store 12 in a box for $4.99 all flavors. Why would anybody buy yours for more money you're too high
