Terry of 11th hour (literally!) made the impossible possible. My situation was one of severe OCD and I was really feeling hopeless to be able to organize, clean up and get out of my apartment in order to move on with my life. During a very difficult time in an unattended death situation we contacted 11th Hour, they answered right away, they responded quickly. Jacob and his partner were very compassionate, supportive and very easy to work with. They worked through the nights to ensure it was handled in a timely manner. My family was so pleased with the fantastic assistance from 11th Hour. Dealing with our awful family death seemd insurmountable. Calling them was salvation. From the first time we met them, to the final insurance settlement, they were reassuring and handled everything.

They were to meet me at 11 in the morning, never showed, no phone call and their machine was full of messages. I wasted a good day of vacation for this! How can your business treat a potential customer like this. Very unprofessional and the BBB has been notified!
