Resident managers Kelly & Walter are always very helpful & friendly. Small town feeling while living here

After living here for 11 years, I have to say that I have never been more comfortable. The residence manager is fantastic: they are responsive and on-the-ball, keeping the place spic-and-span and responding to the minor emergencies of apartment living. I've never had to wait longer than 24hrs for my concerns to be resolved and I can say that during this pandemic, they have never worked harder to keep the building sanitized. Thank you!
After living here for five years, my girlfriend and I purchased a house. I was told by the building manager that I only had to clean the oven and fridge before we left. After a two minute inspection, I got a letter from Skyline saying that I have to pay $2700 to replace the carpet because of “pet odour.” I was told that the carpet was being ripped out regardless of condition and being replaced.
