I don’t think I can state this any better than Sarah did in an above review, the location and staff at my prior apartment complex were great but the company post move out is literally impossible to contact. No matter how immaculate your apartment they will slap charges and withhold your damage deposit. I cannot in good faith recommend staying anywhere this company manages as a result of my experience. Can anyone help me get a hold of management for this awful company??? I have been leaving messages multiple times a day and emailing and NOTHING!! I am moving out this Saturday (in two days)and no one will respond to anything! I will never rent from this horrific company again!!!!!
They use some of the CREEPIEST technology to communicate with residents. They “call” you from a blocked number but you can’t answer. The vm is immediately used by giving an Ai generated vm about your move out charges. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with or ask questions about your bill. I have called 20+ times and left voicemails but nothing. Yet, they call and text me using ai so I can’t answer. Why do I get the feeling they won’t call me back until AFTER my bills due date? They do not fix anything, grounds are horribly taken care of, lots of issues.
This management company is unprofessional and rude. They do not care about their tenants, and they do not care about their properties. They are taking over Idaho properties, The Overlook being one and they made it a horrible living experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude and will take anything they can from you. They do not care that it is your home, they just want the funds.
