You've been warned. Dont take a job with this company!!! I had a interview and was hired for the assistant property manager position. I missed the drug screening test due to getting sick. They responded telling me that is was a concern for them and that they hired someone else. WHAT? Well isn't that nice. I had already given notice to my current job and am now having to look for another. I reached out to the BBB and their business doesn't even show as registered. At least in Billings, MT. Albert the maintenance man for Gallatin trails is so far the most efficient maintenance man we have had! He always gets the problem solved and is always on time and he is so far the best maintenance man this property has had in years. 5 years I've lived here and Albert is the only one whom shows up on time and gets the job done!!! Thank you Albert so much for keeping this property up on the maintenance issues we all have, thank you!
Steer clear as much as possible from this property management company!! I can speak on my experience with Hawks Prairie Townhomes which was absolutely miserable from day 1. From the insane amount of mold, ants, gnats, broken appliances, leaks in lights, the list goes on. Then through all the miserableness we went through living there we are told to hire our own professional cleaners upon move out or else our entire security deposit will be taken. This place is gross, the pool is green and the grass is high, the insides of the apartment have patches all over them and cheap carpets, there is no central air, no washers or dryer hook ups, and there are bugs everywhere. On the outside rocks fall over the sidewalks and the trash area is overflowing, They charge you to use the washer and dryers on top of charging the same amount of rent as apartments around them .
