The move-in process at 1190 Birch was pretty simple and straightforward. The leasing office staff, especially Kylie Lynch, was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning and walked me through the process since it had been a while since I rented an apartment. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was ready for me to move in quickly. The apartment itself was as advertised and the property was clean and well-maintained. I felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout the entire process.
Kylie has been amazing throughout the entire move-in process. Super friendly, prompt in all our communications, and very thorough. Strikes the perfect balance between being professional and personable, making everything smooth and stress-free.
