Nice, boutique building with solid finishes. Elevators wait time is the lowest I’ve experienced anywhere in the city, and the building management is very responsive. The only downside is the very expensive maintenance fees, which was propped up by an incorrect assumption in inflation rate while budgeting by the builder, but hopefully management can bring it down in the future.

Worst thing to happen to this intersection in decades. Rushed construction job using cheap low quality building materials. Enjoy those unregulated condo fees spiking in the first 5 years when all the shoddily built utilities start to break down and damage the properties.
