I have been here few months and Don't understand the bad reviews. Its a apartment in the city there will be noise. I am enjoying my new apartment and whenever I have issue maintenance takes care of it. Not a fan of the parking situation and hope they fix it. I love the pool and grill area. Haven't seen any bugs or dog poop.
RecommendedI’ve loved living in this community at 1160 for over 2 years! Management and maintenance are the best I’ve ever experienced out of LOTS of apartments I’ve been in over the years. I’ve never seen such a caring and hard working team. The amenities can’t be beat and I’ve never seen a single bug in my apartment!

Lived here since March... At first they were great. But have gone downhill. Been a week and can't get them to change lightbulbs. Been given three different stories. No one here wears a mask, residents have loud parties at pool and plenty of fireworks. Do not live here... Can't wait till my lease is up.

Brenda, we know you just renewed and we are sad to hear you can't wait until your lease to expires. As we discussed, the maintenance team is working on work orders in the order they are received and of course emergencies will be completed first. Residents have been sent several emails about wearing a mask in common areas and there are signs everywhere that say a mask is required in the common areas. If you wish to discuss these things further, please feel free to contact the office.
So convenient to everything...MARTA, Perimeter Mall, bars, restaurants...interstates..and the apartments are gorgeous!
Apartment is nice but building is not. Grimy and smelly is the best word to describe it. Also usually overrun by teens at night so can’t comfortably use building facilities. No visitor parking, since residents usually take the 12 spots available for the entire building. Only call boxes on one side of the building to let anyone in, so have to go outside to meet friends or food delivery... that’s if they can park. Move here for the convenience of the area or access to town and that’s it.
My experience here has been quite awful and just read the below comments because a lot of those comments apply. I had ants here, I’ve had loud music and noisy neighbors galore. But the awful part is the managements inability to contact residents and appreciate/acknowledge the concerns we have here. I’ve contacted them before but no concern/care. I recently just moved into 1160 Hammond, I am extremely happy with my decision. I am 12 minutes from work, less than 5 mins from my daughter's school, close to a lot of great shopping, dining and entertainment. Morgan assisted me in the leasing process and was very detailed in every conversation we had in regards to the application process and move in.
