We love living at 115, and the Rudin staff from management to porters are phenomenal. I've never experienced such responsive and attentive service and I've lived in NYC for 30+ years. If there's ever a maintenance question or concern, someone comes up to address it in literal minutes! Everyone is so friendly and also so sweet to my young son :) We're very happy residents!
The entire team at 115 went the extra mile to make sure that my move went smoothly...and I might add, without a hitch. Moves can be very stressful, but they made it happen on time and seamlessly
Great Bldg--Wonderful Service
I enjoy living here at 115 West 86th. Street. The doormen are very friendly and caring. I am a widow and I feel comfortable and safe at all times. Linda Metzger Apt. 4 D
It was very nice of the team (Ardit, Damien and Sharon) to host an afternoon tea event in our lobby. Making themselves available to be responsive to their tenant's needs and comments is very important. Who can't use a coffee break :)
