This is the worse dealership I’ve ever had to pleasure of dealing with on 12/26/25 which was a Saturday purchased new Cadillac Escalade. Purchased this suv for sticker no issue there Was told I could take delivery on the Monday which was still ok. The dealer says your trade vehicle must stay here which was a luxury 4 door sedan I say fine Give me a Cadillac loaner to drive. Nope wanted to give me a Volkswagen to drive I’m like absolutely not.
