Beware of this company, Panoramic properties. They ask for a month's rent as deposit even before issuing any lease or contract with you, and they will tell you right after you send the money that the unit you wanted is no longer available. No way of getting your money back. They are sketchy avoid at all cost!!!!
We are very grateful; we lived there for 5 years. We had a spectacular view and they always responded quickly to our requests, with professionalism, respect, and ethics.
Definitely not worth the cost of rent! - There hasn't been a superintendent in about a year or so which has caused things to go downhill. There should definitely be someone on site! - Security is non-existent. - I never heard back when I sent Panoramic a message after I slipped and fell hard on my back while walking down the icy incline to my designated parking spot. - Visitor's parking is always full, partially due to tenants parking there (which I sympathize with, because the setup is awful - particularly for older people ... read more
