RecommendedI don't write reviews often, but after seeing the other not so good ones I had to write my own. The (NEW) management is awesome. Kristi and Nick go out of their way to help their residents in more ways than I have ever seen management anywhere ever do. If you have an issue with anything they are always eager to help / fix it immediately.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. We pay an exorbitant amount of money to live in a building that is falling apart. Maintenence and management are incompetent, and treat resident concerns as an inconvenience. Nothing ever gets fixed (our washer has been broken for more than 6 months). Management is a literal joke. They charge for unexplained options under the guise of “rent”. There is no concern for the well being of residents, and they implement (stupid) rules that do not help anyone (aka ... read more
My daughter has only been there two weeks. So far so good. She lived at U Center last year and loved it but friends moved so she did too. I am disappointed that her parking spot is not on the same floor as her apt. UCenter has that totally organized. She’s a senior so hopefully this is the final college apt. But...If she decides to move, I’ll be there to move her!
Horrible living conditions and severely overpriced
Forced to move out 2 days after moving in due to structural issues they have known about for over a year !
Everyday there’s a new problem. Flooding, cracked foundation, insulation coming out of toilets... this is honestly the worst place to live I feel like it’s a joke? I was placed in a hotel for a week in January and now 114 Earle “isn’t safe for me” as it as sunk 3 inches and they are spraying insulation foam under it to raise it up. This place was built horribly. My roommate was threatened by the new manager to have the cops called on when she was trying to move her stuff out because we were given no notice. I love living at Earle! Best apartment in Clemson hands down, great location and amenities! My parents are even jealous of it! Earle always has events for residents such as free breakfast or pool parties!! The office staff is always extremely helpful and friendly!!
