Nicest place I have ever rented. I have lived in 5 different rental properties from college to now and this is by far the best. Community is well kept, staff is very friendly and take great care of their residents and the property. Before I moved in I read reviews about car break-ins in the deck, but we have not experienced that. The deck has a on site patrol person - which helps our peace of mind.
I have been living at 1133 for a while now, and I can say that by far it is the best property I’ve ever lived at. Each person on the management and maintenance team has been amazing. From our initial tour, to signing our contract, and to even just daily interactions, everyone on the team has went above and beyond in making sure our time here is great. Oh, and the amenities are fantastic. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in moving to the Decatur area to give this place a shot.
UPDATE: 6 days after posting this review I received my damaged deposit. They sent overnight it via FedEx. I lived at 1133 On the Square for 14 months and would not recommend it to anyone. I have lived in 5 apartments around Atlanta and I have never experienced anything like this, even at a cheaper price point. During my time there, the ceiling leaked and it took multiple maintenance requests before anything was done. When they finally addressed it, the maintenance team poked holes in the ceiling and spray painted over the da... read more

Went here to tour a few days ago and wanted to give huge shout out to the assistant manager Zaren! He’s has been in very close contact with me and helping me make my decision on my new home! Very Knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area!
