Great building and staff, one of if not the best I’ve lived in as a renter. The staff is very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. Common spaces are clean and tidy. No complaints!
Been in Hoboken for many years now and 1125 Jeff has been far and away the best place that I've lived. We are very sad to be leaving, just needed a bigger space, but highly recommend this building to anyone. The apartments are beautiful - the counters and appliances are very nice. The neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. The management team is extremely courteous and accessible. The maintenance team is always quickly responsive and very nice - shout out to Franco! We will miss 1125 Jeff.
This was the best building I have lived in during my time in Hoboken. The management goes above and beyond including their maintenance staff.
