I drove 2 hours to buy a 23 m340 listed for 52k and then they proceeded to tell me it’s 52k if I finance and 61k if I want to pay cash. This was not told to me by Shawn nor was it written anywhere on the listing this was a bait and switch. 112offlease you guys just opened and you need to close.
“I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They are running a scam. A salesperson named Alison gave me an out-the-door price, and I drove 3 hours to buy the car. When I arrived, they told me the online price only applies if you put 20% down. This was never explained before. It felt very dishonest and like a bait-and-switch. Please avoid this dealership
Mitsubishi 112 was just the best. I had Wesley for my salesperson and David was the business manager, they were both fantastic. I purchased a used 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, they threw in a detail job, and even 1 year's worth of free carwashes through another service. They made purchasing a car an easy and pleasant process, I thank you both for everything you guys did.
From when I walked in at the start of the day to leaving with a car at the end, I can honestly say that the entire process was pleasant from start to finish. Since April 2024, they have a commitment in which they took charge of responding to me because the hood of a 2022 Mitsubishi that I bought with 112 Mitsubishi seems like it is going to fall apart on the highways and they tell me yes and a year later they have never responded to me with anything.
