I rented the apartment 317 from June 2024 to June 2025. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my security deposit has not been returned, in violation of Connecticut law (CGS §47a-21). I am going to send a formal notice and will be pursuing legal action. Future tenants should be aware of this issue.
