I've lived here for some time and wanted to share a balanced review. The location is excellent and the building looks nice, but compared to other nearby options, the rent feels high for the amenities and upkeep. The gym is poorly maintained: equipment is frequently broken, the Peloton bikes have been unusable for most of the year despite repeated reports, and the AC is often not working (it was 84°F in the workout room today). I just love the place that I call home. I have a few maintenance issues and Zuri was on it immediately with great care and precision!!!
I just moved in, so far so good. I had an emergency maintenance issue over the weekend, and when I called the phone number given to us via email, it would not go through. But luckily, I was able to reach someone via the main phone. However, speaking to that person, they misunderstood my emergency maintenance issue so they never marked it emergency (my bathroom tub would not drain at all and its my only bathroom, and I had somewhere to be by 2pm).
