The building structure itself is nice, but the management leaves much to be desired. I have had to sleep where I work twice due to issues with the building. Once the fire alarm went off for >2 hours after 10 PM, so I left to sleep elsewhere. A second time, the battery on my door died and it took an hour to send someone to help and then, once that person came, they were unsure if they could fix the door. Locations and amenities are great. However if you want to actually sleep in your apartment, I would strongly reconsider living here. There has been a persistent issue with the trash compactor turning on at night and slamming roughly every 10 seconds for hours at a time, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The noise is loud enough to vibrate the floor, so earplugs and white noise do nothing to help. Oh lord where do I start. I called this place and told them my situation and they told me to still apply. Guess what? I applied and then the same issue that they were notified of PRIOR to me paying $25 and wasting time became a problem and then they expected me to find someone that makes $9,200 a month to co-sign. If this would be your first time renting/living on your own, like myself, look elsewhere because if not you’ll have to find someone that makes the amount stated above to co-sign for you even if you make enough mone... read more
