I have been a tenant here for over two years. For every concern that I have had, management is unresponsive and disrespectful. You would think they would do more to retain their residents. Needless to say this has been the last straw encouraging me to move. Would not recommend.
I have lived here since March 2021. Loved it the minute I saw it. Since Brookfield bought the building, it's been down hill. There used to be management/security presence in the lobby 24/7. When leasing team left for the day, security was at the desk & didn't leave until management came in. Security knew us, were friendly, and walked the property inside & out.
