1110 Key Fed Hill is such an amazing place to live in Baltimore. We especially had a great experience working with Jenae. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and that our stay went smoothly. Here’s a breakdown of how things went for us: move in: we came from out of state and moved in on a weekend. This is one of the best apartments I’ve lived in, and I’ve lived in quite a few. Tia and Jenae (management) are the absolute best. They are kind, all around genuine people, and do such an amazing job creating a community and helping neighbors connect. I’ve met so many great people in the building thanks to their events and even just from quick lobby introductions. I have been trying to get my 500$ deposit back from 1110 Key and their property management group for over 6 months. I gave notice of move out 2 months prior, received written termination of my lease and moved out on time. The issues I encountered while living in the property were numerous, but them withholding my hard earned money crosses the line. If I could do it over, I would have lived at Anthem House or in Fells Point.
1110 Key is a great place to live. The building is new with modern designs, the rooms have quality flooring, and the windows are amazing. If you're an active person, the gym is really nice and the neighborhood is great as the promenade is right across the street.
