I have been trying to get my 500$ deposit back from 1110 Key and their property management group for over 6 months. I gave notice of move out 2 months prior, received written termination of my lease and moved out on time. The issues I encountered while living in the property were numerous, but them withholding my hard earned money crosses the line. How do you get hold of someone at the office? How were the current tenants able to lease here? I’ve never experienced such poor communication from a leasing office in over a decade of living and studying in the U.S. I was told to apply before being contacted by a proper leasing agent. After applying, I received extremely limited and delayed responses with no follow up at all. I just toured 1110 Key today, and it was such a meaningful experience for me. I lived at the property a few years ago and absolutely loved my time there the combination of the beautiful apartment community and the vibrant Federal Hill neighborhood made it a truly special place to call home. I’ve been here since November. Janae and Tia are top notch like my tequila. They put me in the perfect apartment which feels more like home than apartment city living. The community inside the building is like a small family.
