The dumb phone app confuses people and it takes forever to get out of here if you get stuck behind one of those people. And I don’t want to save payment info. And you don’t allow for one-time payment options like ApplePay that keep you from having to save card info. Just give us a ticket and let people put cash or a credit card into a machine at the gate like every other garage. Absolutely terrible business model.
DO NOT PARK HERE! This place is a total scam. I got charged $43 for parking from 2 PM to 10 AM—less than a full day—when the daily rate is supposed to be $18. They hit me with charges every single time I left the garage. And good luck trying to get help—there’s no real customer service, just an email address that no one responds to. I sent them all the proof they asked for and never heard back. Absolute rip-off. Stay far away from this place!
