The parking security guard working outside today was incredibly hostile, aggressive, and unprofessional. He did not give clear directions, forced me into a difficult parking space, and then actively mocked and made fun of my parking while I was trying to figure it out. He acted completely frustrated that he had to do his job. Patients coming to a medical facility do not deserve to be bullied and harassed in the parking lot.
