They handle claims for Statefarm, or rather did when I made the appointment. It's a little shocking that they charge a $100 deposit to do an initial estimate when Crash Champions or Caliber does not require this. So if you decide to go with a different repair shop they keep the deposit. Obviously I canceled the appointment and went to Caliber.
They fixed the problem and did a great job! (Vehicle was covered inside and out with fine white particles after a minor exterior repair. They totally denied doing it. )
This was not a perfect experience because my car was not done to my satisfaction the first time. However, service manager agreed with me and fixed it. Everyone is very courteous and professional in this office. Also, they did a beautiful job detailing my car, inside and out. I really appreciate that.
