DO NOT GO THERE (one of the worst experiences I have ever had) 1. Very disrespectful, expect them not to answer your calls and not to return them 2. Expect them to lie to you to make themselves look good 3. Pickup dates keeps getting postponed 4. They don't know how to evaluate a car and give an estimate so you will need to very patient with them

They handle claims for Statefarm, or rather did when I made the appointment. It's a little shocking that they charge a $100 deposit to do an initial estimate when Crash Champions or Caliber does not require this. So if you decide to go with a different repair shop they keep the deposit. Obviously I canceled the appointment and went to Caliber.
They fixed the problem and did a great job! (Vehicle was covered inside and out with fine white particles after a minor exterior repair. They totally denied doing it. )
