I bought my first car with them and they were so helpful! They went out of their way to assist me with maintenance and availability issues. So grateful!
I was referred to see Dawn at this location of Ferman. Dawn was super sweet and professional and was able to get my car in right away. She communicated well and gave me a very reasonable estimate for repairs. The car was done is 4 days and loomed incredible upon picking it up. I will happily refer anyone in need of body repairs to Dawn and the team at the north Florida collision shop.
I highly recommend Ferman Collision. Starting from the young lady that greeted me Maritsa to Mooney who made my vehicle beautiful again after the accident to Dawn the Collision Mgr. Everything went like clockwork with NO missteps.. My vehicle was even completed ahead of time.Kudos to all involved and that includes the detailers
