Management team seemed fine. Good people. But they towed the company line. The owner was basically a slumlord - refused to replace my broken windows, constantly raised the price (in quarters) of the laundry, didn't do anything about issues with other tenants. IDGARA Inc - look it up. This place is fine, but they will raise your rent every chance they get, and most of your neighbors will be college students.
The technician was very courteous and knowledgable about garage doors. He quickly and competently fixed the issues with minimal disruption.
