When I fist moved in to 1100 place it was not a good place to live but after Avenue five took over it since became a great place to live. I had everything in my apartment fixed after waiting 2 years. The new staff is very friendly and willing to do what they can for their Residences. I would Recommend this complex to Family and friends.

A pretty good place to live! The property is nice, units are reasonably priced and very nice on the inside!

My boyfriend & I have only been living here for a few months but I have to say at how impressed I am at how quickly we were able to move in, even weeks before the estimated time. The COVID pandemic did make it a little rough on us but they made sure we were able to get the apartment we wanted, & all the things we needed with 0 contact and made us feel 100% comfortable.
