Charged me for dropping my kid off at the daycare for around 15min 9:48- 10:04am used to be free for drop off, no other option snow wasn’t cleared on the ramp to daycare so no other option security rude and didn’t want to listen to me and wouldn’t give me contact to talk to someone.
Charged me $8 despite a validated ticket from Longos. No way presented to protest the charge. Avoid at all costs
They changed management of the parking lot "last month" and are now charging an $8 evening flat rate that starts at 6:00pm so you're screwed if you're trying to run errands. I parked here literally this month for free under 1 hr and had no issue and now they said they've changed it. Zero notice at the parking entrance at all to warn customers of the new management. Never parking here again. Goodbye multi-shopping experience.
No longer free for quick stops, unfortunate they changed the rules and I don’t see any signs notifying customers of this. Greed
No more free one our parking. We parked our car just from 16:38 till 17:08 and we had to pay 8$. It’s sad to see that now they respect their customers less
