Great location and well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Loved the view very much as well. Less than 5 minutes walk to walamanca We had 2 bedrooms but one didn't have Aircon which could be problematic in summer.

Very hilly access. All rooms have steps. Outside lights on all night shining into windows as blinds not great. Bathroom very cold and exhaust fan needs to be replaced. Very noisy with other people coming and going all night. We were offered to buy drugs from someone staying there. Lots of loud people every night!

We recently stayed at 110 Hampden Apartments and overall had a mixed experience. The location was reasonably convenient, the price was competitive, and the views were absolutely spectacular, which was a definite highlight of the stay. However, there were quite a few downsides. The room layout felt awkward, the bed was only a double and quite soft, and the apartment really needed a good deep clean — particularly the carpets, which appeared to hold a lot of dirt and had noticeable stains. Bedrooms are too small in the apartment we stayed in. The second bedroom is almost a closet with no storage at all. Only one bathroom with two-way access didn't make it comfortable for both couples. Additional toilet downstairs was a plus. The kitchen area is nice. The main bedroom had a great view of the Tasman bridge at night. The location is great.

5 star what a laugh so dirty got here had a dirty sponge in kitchen that smelt mouldy ripped blinds stains on couch and carpet, mould in shower not to mention the coffee milk frother smelt like off milk the worst place do not book here. Looks great in photos that are probably from years ago but definitely not anymore
