Oooh my God! My husband and I went there for the first time everything looked normal and pleasant until we saw our waitress appearance. She really looks dirty. Besides she that never introduce herself to us, she was wearing a black t shirt full of small holes and very dirty, I asked her what’s on her tshirt, she respond it was her smoothie.and she has beard like a men. 🤮. I ordered food via DoorDash. The driver was there for quite some time and over a hour after we ordered & our order was confirmed it was suddenly canceled via DoorDash. When calling the restaurant they stated they were understaffed. While I understand this happens, the order should have been canceled immediately, not a hour after we ordered leaving 3 small children starving and struggling to find an alternative. I tried reaching out via their website with no response. It is extremely poor customer service.
We have been to this Poughkeepsie location twice now and Kellie was our waitress both times. She is amazing. It was extremely busy today and you wouldn’t know it on how attentive she was. I have many food allergies- garlic and onions I am anaphylactic to plus gluten free and they kept me safe and the food was delish. I recommend eating here for those with allergies or not.
Kellie is amazing and one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant: she’s attentive, very kind and always makes sure the dining process goes as smoothly as possible whenever I dine there. What sets her apart is that she goes way above and beyond what the average server usually provides. I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next visit!
Came here for the first time, and the best part of the meal was the raspberry lemonade. Chicken sandwich was pre-cut and not at all spicy as indicated ("hot" honey was not), brussel sprouts poorly prepared- seems like they were thrown into hot water instead of being nicely roasted and seasoned.
