Horrible experience. Made a reservation yesterday for 4 people at 6:30pm in Portsmouth. 2 of our party got there 20 mins early and sat at the almost empty bar. They were not acknowledged for over 15 mins. There was no hostess present and when it was 6:30 we all went to the hostess stand to be seated About 5 minutes later someone came out. When I said we had a 6:30 reservation, she said we could not be seated for over half an hour (the restaurant was also almost empty). Unbelievable. We walked into a nearly-empty restaurant at 1:30 and waited 10 minutes for someone to notice us. A couple at a table got up to tell us that they’d been waiting for food for an hour already, and if we were smart, we would leave. We left, and we’re definitely never going back.
