This is a very nice location we were actually greeted and served by the bartender. But the regional manager brought the food due to a shellfish allergy. They do a great job accommodating various allergies
Excellent food and friendly staff. I've been here multiple times with bothe large and small parties and it's always a great experience.
Went into the 110 Grille in Maynard for a late lunch today. The girl at the front desk completely ignored us while she entered a takeout order into the system. After she finished the takeout order a few minutes later and still without speaking one single word to us, walked away and left us standing there. The restaurant was mostly empty so we could see no reason for her to treat us in this manner. A customer should never have to wait to be greeted or at the very least, acknowledged. You could not PAY ME to return here. I'm a bartender and we'll as a server so I don't typically judge too hard. However, there were 2 tables one of which I think left. So nkt busy at all. Not a smile to be seen by any of the 3 staff I saw. It was oddly freezing in there too. So anyway, 3 burgers were ordered.
