If I could have given it a lower score, I would have. We chose this place because of a previous visit last years around this time. We were looking for a festive fall drink and dinner. We were quite surprised that the menu was still summer and it’s mid October. The beers on tap were still summer. We used to love going to this place because of the gluten free menu and the food was always good. Seems in the last few months it has gone down hill. Stopped in today for a late lunch, early dinner. I ordered the BBQ burger medium rare. The burger came out well done, dry and had no flavor. The side of French fries were soggy. The wife tried to order the pulled pork, but we were told they didn't have any pulled pork at this time. So she ordered a regular burger gluten free. The original burger wasn't made gluten free. Just left. Sat there for 20 minutes. No service, no nothing. Gave us our menus and never acknowledged we were there... and the place was dead! Used ti be good but seems like they have issues. Bad bad service. We got up and left and the waitress that served us actually said thanks, have a good day.. she had no clue she sat us and was our server. Management failure.
I used to work here, I tried to come back twice to see if it was as good as before, unfortunately not. The food isn’t the same, not made by standard. The service for lunch is a bit slow. Nice place and potential is there. Just need some good chefs and people dedicated. Could be better . I don’t think I’ll try again
Went at 4pm. Restaurant was completely empty. Took a hour to get our food and it was cold. And never got the appetizers. Very disappointed. Will NOT be returning
