Construction Construction Construction - construction by Pemberton on West side of 11 YV is only at 4th floor with at leas 2 more years before finish. There will be Construction on Yonge street that will start in 2026. Another project on Scolard and Yonge currently seeking permit. The City of Toronto has done a horrible job in terms of planning and density study of this area.
