We came in for dinner tonight, and we ended up expressing our thoughts on food we received , good but a bit bland Marta came over, expressed to us they will go above and beyond to make a difference. The food I received after was absolutely amazing, taking money off the bill, re-making it the way I asked- plus money off our bill and a drink - THATS what the north country it about. Thank you for a great meal - and service was A plus!!!
Food was very good, nice selection. Service was friendly, efficient and fast. Drinks were very good. Atmosphere could have a little more personality, but it was clean and pleasant and we totally enjoyed ourselves even as a large group with no reservation.
I do not understand why it is so hard to look at an order slip and get the order correct. Nonetheless, take over an hour to make the food incorrectly when there is only one other table there when you arrive. I was very excited for this restaurant when it opened but the number of times we’ve gone it boils down to 1 thing- over priced, mediocre bar food . They need to get it together.
