I have been a long time patient of this clinic and they are great. Doctors and staff are wonderful. They - like so many others places - are strained with the number of patients and, I think, the self-entitlement of many patients (their missed appointments white board, and what that means to people waiting for appointments, is a bit eye-opening and is reflective of other experiences that I have had in the health care system).
The staff and my Doctor (Stratton) are the best, second to none. Thank You!
Every time I call, the line is left in fast busy state. I have had to go in just to talk to reception. My Dr is great, but wish he had never moved to this poorly managed practice.
