Ex-tenant of unit 611 circa 2023-2025. Unit faces the highway and is noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Elevators are broken half the time with long wait time during rush hour. No chance of using the balcony as it gets very dusty due to the highway traffic. The pool is a very nice touch and isn’t very used. Gym is usually packed with half the treadmills needing service. The only condo in CityPlace I would recommend. Lived here > 7 years. + no airbnb allowed and the management is really effective at enforcing this rule + good sound proofing, can’t hear the neighbours from unit (even though you can hear them when in the hallway) + one of the best buildings on blocking outside highway noise; it’s a low hum you forget unless a car backfires or there are sirens + aged well, maintained well; recently renovated common elements (though tbh I wish they used better material and workmanship; it was do... read more
