Air conditioning in the whole building has been having problems for weeks. It's wild
Be aware! The building management is really bad. We are left without air conditioning for over a month, and management has shown a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for the people living here. This situation could have been avoided with proper planning and organization, yet residents are the ones paying the price. Management knew about the issue in October and chose to ignore it. Im trying to get out of this building ASAP.
Management in this building has been shockingly incompetent and deeply disappointing. It seems clear that cutting costs matters far more to them than properly maintaining the property. The gym’s air conditioning is constantly broken, and it’s become normal for half of the elevators to be out of service at any given time. The most unacceptable issue is the building’s cooling system.
