Horrible hair dyeing experience. It was not communicated well about how my hair would turn out and it turned out patchy and I kept getting told because it wasn’t bleached. I wanted dark burgundy hair. Bleached or not, I don’t see how hair can turn out uneven in color, the hair stylist just simply didn’t do it right. My roots are also lighter than the rest of my hair. Fantastic work - hair updo for quinceañera and her damas de honor, easy to schedule appointments all at the same time, every detail was perfect. They encouraged us to send examples/ideas ahead of time and they recreated the hairstyle beautifully
