I'm happy that I chose 10x Self Storage. The facility is in a nicer area of Worcester, very clean, on-site parking, easy access, and great prices! We didn't know what to expect when we walked in there but Ashley was amazing! She was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and made the process quick and easy. Ashley was also very thorough with explaining the pricing and storage options. We are very pleased with our experience at 10x Self Storage. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The move-in process was easy and very convenient. Ashley in the office is super nice and helpful and made our registration simple. She was wonderful to work with! We are extremely satisfied with our choice to use 10x for our storage needs.

I’ve been looking for a storage for quite some time. My sister sent me a pic of this storage so I had to check it out! I’m very happy that I did! There is a woman there named Ashley who knows exactly what she’s doing. She is marvelous and such a great help! She helped me and my cousin find the right storage.
