Avoid 10X Property Management at All Costs I highly regret hiring 10X Property Management to manage my property in Ohio. From the start, it was a series of missteps and poor management. We hired them in December 2023, and despite the property being fully renovated and ready to rent, it took them a whole month just to get it listed. Does not respond to maintenance request
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their disorganization, inept staff, and lack of professionalism will cost you money, introduce liability into your business, and be a far greater headache then just dealing with the tenants yourself. AVOID this company at all costs. They have completely ruined my investment and now refuse to answer call or return emails.

They are unprofessional, unaccountable, + have poor communication skills. If they treat their client like this, how can I be confident that my tenant(s) would be taken care of? During the onboarding stage, Gamal (the owner) stated along with other tasks, that it was their job to assess what the proper rental amount was + that my desired price was too high; I was ok with that b/c I want to be reasonably priced + affordable to the right tenant.
