I toured this property last year and had a positive experience but then after I rented a unit in January it turned out to be a total disaster. The apartment was not properly made to ready and had several maintenance issues with it including mold and mildew present which in turn prevented me from moving in. Management was very difficult to deal with on the lease and funds paid were not returned. I would not recommend this property if you were looking to lease in the Greater Heights of Houston, Texas. Take it from a working professional and public educator with many years of experience living in apartments and various apartment communities. There are plenty of more viable options and alternatives for housing that are newer and have better conditions in the area.
