I dropped in from out of town and it was a super warm and welcoming environment. You can tell the owners take pride in their facility. I had some really great rolls and also one of the instructors put me through the absolute wringer (that might have even been the name of the move, you never know with these 10p guys). I would love to learn more from them!
Great coaching and good technique.
Some of the best instruction available in no-gi jiujitsu AND year-round wrestling for kids and adults. Family-oriented, but also highly technical, results-driven teaching.
