Excellent gym with great instructors. The head coach and owner Jon is a world class competitor who is also kind, patient, and attentive with all his students. The assistant coaches Quin, Ardis, Andrew, Jamie, and Jeremy are all excellent practitioners who are great instructors as well. Awesome place to train! The environment is welcoming, and the instruction is top-notch. Jon is incredibly detailed as a teacher—he breaks things down in a way that makes even the more complex techniques easy to understand. You can tell he really cares about helping everyone improve. Love the no gi style of training! 👍This specific gym is also great because head instructor, Jon, is able to break things down simply and effectively. So helpful when you're trying to learn such a complex martial art. Also, Saturday mornings Laura runs a free women's class which has introduced many women to jiu jitsu.
