Awesome place to train! The environment is welcoming, and the instruction is top-notch. Jon is incredibly detailed as a teacher—he breaks things down in a way that makes even the more complex techniques easy to understand. You can tell he really cares about helping everyone improve. Highly recommend
Love the no gi style of training! 👍This specific gym is also great because head instructor, Jon, is able to break things down simply and effectively. So helpful when you're trying to learn such a complex martial art. Also, Saturday mornings Laura runs a free women's class which has introduced many women to jiu jitsu. This place is amazing. I thought I started "later" in life to try with no experience. It is the most welcoming environment. The owner and other instructors are incredible, and all the people make it so much fun. No one treats you different if it is your first day or 10th year. Now I go every chance I get and I'm addicted to BJJ. When I travel I look for other places to train. In comparison, this is by far the best place to go.
