Pretty toxic gym. I tried one of their kickboxing classes. I could tell everyone is competing to be tougher than the last guy. This isn't really fun or good for learning since you get injured pretty easily without learning much. I find gyms like this that revolve around toxic masculinity social hierarchies are not the type of places I want to train.
I've seen the guys training hard every earlier mornings and late afternoons. Look like a cool place and respectful people ✨️
