Great place for beginners, hobbyists and competitors alike. I’ve been training here for 4 years and no one ever made me feel stupid for asking questions and learning the basics. I love the team at the front desks, I even sometimes go to chat since I enjoy being around them. They’ll take you from total beginner to someone who is confident and self-assured in their training. These skills will transfer to real life as well.
Amazing coaches and instruction. Very friendly atmosphere, strong community based environment. Also, exceptionally clean, has two showers, and a full schedule for flexible training.
This gym has such an amazing environment; I highly recommend it. I doubt you will find the same friendly, bonding, and caring community anywhere else. The people are extremely helpful and want you to learn as much as they want to learn themselves; they make you feel a part of the family as soon as you walk in.
