Where do I began? They add fees to the hourly rate so their rate is $130 and not $100. We had reserved a jet ski for two hours. When we arrived at the window the young girl worker just ignored us and continued her conversation with the other worker about what she did the night before (not work related). 5 minutes later of us standing there she gave us the paperwork and gave some rules etc. Another young guy came and walked us to the jet skis. RecommendedFrom party boats to jet skiing, there is something for everyone in the family. The customer service is top notch. My family and I will be going back soon.

Worst company I have dealt with. No advance notice that the boat was broken. After a 5 hour drive plus lodging and meal expense I get a sorry. Kids working aren’t of any assistance. No management available to help.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we did our best to try to get the boat back for you guys after a customer messed it up. You did speak to the manager unfortunately there's nothing else he could do. Our main goal is to serve our customers the best we can and we sorry we couldn't do that for you guys. If you decide to come back your 50% discount will still be valid
Wasted a whole day; driving out and waiting. Our rental boat wasn’t working, no one could fix it and then they didn’t have a backup. They had no problem with turning us away. Too much in a hurry to serve their other customers they couldn’t confirm a refund. We tried to reschedule but they were not interested in that either. Not a reliable place to schedule your mini vacation around! Our son was so bummed!
Terrible service. We came here at 5:00 pm for a 5:15 pm reservation. (You are instructed to arrive 15 minutes early so we did). We had to wait until 5:45 pm for our boat. Upon receiving the boat, the boat would not start. They tried to “fix the boat” spend about 30 minutes and finally said “sorry we can reschedule you for another day” we drove 2 hours to get here and didn’t expect to get turned around because the boat they provided us had issues. Worst service ever I got stuck In the middle of the lake and instead of giving me the credit of almost 2 hours I was stuck they charged me $100 more , beware !!!!
My husband and i rented a Jetski Saturday 07/19/2020. The jetski started sinking while we were in a "no wake" zone by Papa's on the Lake. The guys at Lake Conroe Water rentals helped us out and noticed there was NOT a drain plug on the jetski, so it would continue to take on water. Called 1097 Watersports and the kids working there wanted us to ride it back! We refused to get back on it and got a ride back over there instead. When i got to 1097 (at 7pm!), i was told "that was definitely our fault, we'll credit you and hour."... read more

We apologize for any inconvenience all these caused and can assure you we would NOT send our customers on a vessel that has not been inspected. We also encourage our customers to read the waivers and rules provide. With that said, contacting a business owner is unwarranted. Time credit offered is valid till Oct 31st.
