Where do I began? They add fees to the hourly rate so their rate is $130 and not $100. We had reserved a jet ski for two hours. When we arrived at the window the young girl worker just ignored us and continued her conversation with the other worker about what she did the night before (not work related). 5 minutes later of us standing there she gave us the paperwork and gave some rules etc. Another young guy came and walked us to the jet skis.
