We have been living here for only about a year and have constant issues with the building. The hot water not working 50% of the time, our bathroom needing to be renovated due to inadequate air circulation, countless bugs we've seen in our apartment, fire alarms going off at 4:00am in vacant units, the dryers leaving BURN marks in our clothes, the washers leaving a funky smell on them, and just an overall bad state of the apartment. 10% chances of cold showers until they fix the water heaters. Edit : I just came out of the bathroom after another cold shower. Using the cogir website does not work. Telling the super does not work. Maintenance requests are ignored. The water heaters have been defective for over 6 months. My next visit ? I live here ! Edit : This problem has been going on for over a year now. The roof has also been leaking and damaging the walls inside for 5 years. So there is still about 10% chances a shower here will end in a cold shower.

The property manager, Kevin is very helpful, down to earth and has simplified our onboarding process into the apartment. So far having a great time at this place.
