Absolutely horrible experience, paid for the royal treatment, for my car to be 40% vaccuumed, dirty all in the sides still, and they didn’t even bother to touch the center console!!! THIS is not a clean car! I could’ve done it better my self. The manager and workers were not nice when u asked them to vacuum again, after tipping very graciously before seeing the end results. Never coming back
Charged 2 dollars more for SUV/mini-van. i have a Volvo V60. Brought this up to cashier, and story quickly change to "they charge extra if it's not a sedan".
Took my truck to get washed today. The brushes stopped working halfway on the side of the truck. The girl at the counter said it’s working. The people before me also had a truck and the same thing happened to them. The “owner” said the truck is big so it stops and he is busy and doesn’t have time for my complaint and walked away. What’s the point of the brushes if they don’t brush the entire car. 👎👎👎
We just go in for wash and go. No vacuuming or windows cleaned. Pay 22.00 a month unlimited washes but I miss having my windows cleaned especially inside.
Worst carwash ever i went thru their carwash 4 different times this week i had a month untill today when i canceled and each time they failed to clean my car today i used a regular car wash brush and water and walla the dirt came off! Their undercarage wash is also no good if it even is real or another bogus charge
at least act concerned and look at car..try to remedy problem, maybe you would keep a customer!!
Do yourself a favor and use another place. Car still dirty, inside and out, and their 1 brush to clean the exterior, ripped the rubber windshield molding. The arrogant manager denied resposibilty of course.
