My family recently moved into 1085 Park. We are grateful to the entire staff which really does a great job, with a great attitude. That includes the super, people who work in the lobby, the leasing team and everyone in between. Thanks for all your efforts.
We have been living in this building for a long time now. We stay in this building because we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else on the UES. Beyond the gorgeous building and communal spaces, our super Ervin and the other staff members truly go above and beyond to make this feel like home. The doormen have built a special bond with the kids and Ervin, Gio, Albert, Ivan, and Jamal will stop by to make sure things are safe and working well for our family. Matt has been absolutely wonderful during the entire process of renting an apratment at 945 Fifth Avenue. From his initial phone call to me and continuing to this day he has been curtious, informed and extremely helpful in every way. I would highly recommend anyone who is renting an apartment to seek out Matt - great guy !!!
The staff is absolutely outstanding, our live in super is not only a gentleman but truly an amazing human being. Everyone from janitors to our outstanding doormen, make living here worth the expense. Thank you all for making it even more pleasurable living in this wonderful building.
