Very communicative. I came in with my daughter.. they had no problem communicating and understanding what we needed.. The nail tech. went above and beyond what we requested by offering us other services as well as explaining other services that were offered that we could use... This is the first time that we have been at this establishment. We will be returning again.
Overall I was very disappointed with my nails. The experience felt rushed, low quality, and it was hard to communicate what I wanted to my nail technician because of the language barrier. The nails came out looking very uneven and misshapen and there was a lot of glue and product residue left on my hands and under the nails. The product was not applied on the entire nail bed so it looks like they are already grown out. We went in to get a fill and replace three nails that had fallen off and when we sat down they told us that what was on my girlfriend’s nails was dip. She went in 3 weeks earlier to the same place and got acrylic nails. So without asking or telling us she just starts clipping away the old nails and starts filing them down and putting on a whole new acrylic set.
