We’ve been going to this vet for the last 5 years since we first got our dog as a puppy, and they did good work for reasonable prices. However, my partner recently had to put her senior cat down and went here because of my rec. A friend paid for the vet to do a paw print copy before she was cremated, but the vet forgot and now she has no paw print. they refunded her and I know mistakes happen, but that seems like a huge miscommunication and lack of care in the office
I took my kitten there cause i discovered he has fleas one evening, the doctor didnt even touch my kitten to give him the vaccine and he kept telling us to hold him tight for him to do it! I got scratches all over my hand and arm while being frustrated and traumatized He barely could communicate with us as well, Terrible service. Never went back.
