Just stopped by 1044 Downing and had a great experience walking the property. Delaney, Samantha, and Chris were all super welcoming and professional. You can tell the team really cares about creating a great experience for residents and keeping the property looking its best. Awesome atmosphere and a beautiful community overall. Definitely worth checking out!
We originally thought we’d be in this building for a few months and ended up staying four years! Great community, management team and maintenance crew. The balcony and views (north side) really make you feel like you’re in the heart of it all. Proximity to Cheesman, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. made it easy to get things done. We felt safe - the fob system is required at multiple points to gain access to the front door, elevators and community areas and the building is well lit. Overpriced and poor management. Turned on heat without notifying residents - apartments reached over 96 degrees. Be careful with this management!!!
50% rent increase “fee” for going month to month. Wasn’t mentioned during our lease signing. What a scummy way to try and subvert new housing laws.
