Very flexible and helpful.
Alex S. has been wonderful in making sure my move across country was seamless! She was and is very helpful and responsive. The maintenance group is great so far. Alex A. helped me on my first day & was very kind & fast in his work. Awesome team of people 😊
Moving in was seamless. Alex and the team at 1044 Downing have been very helpful so far. I wish the building offered on-site recycling, and I hope this is being considered, especially since Denver has the Waste No More ordinance.
So far my experience at 1044 Downing has been nothing short of excellent. I moved in sight unseen but the leasing and welcome team were so friendly and accommodating. Alex went above and beyond to try and help with a coordinating my move in when my shipping company couldn’t deliver. Additionally the onsite management and maintenance have been friendly and extremely responsive.
