We called 1044 Downing home for several years, and it was a wonderful place to live! Molli Mulder has been extremely helpful during my move-in process. She is responsive, professional, and accommodating. I’ve felt very supported throughout the course of this endeavor and have appreciated working with her.

I’ve lived here for a year and have loved this community! The staff is so helpful and welcoming. I have also made more friends living here than any other apartment. Not to mention the location is amazing, right to cheeseman park. I would recommend living here!
Just stopped by 1044 Downing and had a great experience walking the property. Delaney, Samantha, and Chris were all super welcoming and professional. You can tell the team really cares about creating a great experience for residents and keeping the property looking its best. Awesome atmosphere and a beautiful community overall. Definitely worth checking out!
