Ethan is fantastic. He’s motivating, energetic, and instructive. He pushes and encourages and is trying to get the best out of you. Only been there a few times but I look forward to going back and getting a membership.
Coaches are member are all in at 5am workouts! What a great way to start YOUR day.

I’ve been a member at 10.40.10 fitness for 2 years now and going strong. I’ve done it all for years from CrossFit, F45, you name it. The coaching, community and methodology at this gym shines. I’d describe the methodology as CrossFit (no barbells here) meets f45, with functional bodybuilding mixed in. It’s wonderful! I love working out in 10-40-10 all coaches are great. Specially Tiffanny and Ethan! I really like the way they supervise your workouts, always making sure you have the correct form.
