Do not live here if it is still being run by Dalan Property Management. After reporting a mouse in my apartment, their team took over a week to respond, refused to order an exterminator, didn't search thoroughly to find the two holes in the apartment (took 3 visits to plug them), and then refused to reimburse me when I was forced to stay in a hotel due to the mouse infestation. I killed over 12 mice in a span of days, found them in the kitchen, in cupboards, in my bedroom, in the living room, you name it. Still no reimbursem... read more
I strongly advise against living in these apartment buildings. They are crumbling, over priced apartment units that are absolutely infested with bugs. I have been hospitalized after waking up with severe bug bites in my apartment. The worst part is that the building's management has refused to deal with this issue properly, leaving me with $500+ in medical bills. If you ever have an issue, it will be months before you get a response from management or the super.
