Location, location, location! My boyfriend and I have been living in a BJB apartment for almost a year now and its been fabulous. We are very easy going individuals and in order for us to work in Chicago we took a 400sq foot apartment for 975/month in Gold Coast so that we could work our part time jobs and save money. So far so good. I just moved in a month ago, but my experience has been positive so far. When I first moved in, many of my appliances weren't working, but when I alerted management to the issue, they responded promptly and cheerfully. I was very pleased with their assistance and look forward to the rest of my stay there.
