I wouldn’t live here complained about how door sweep was broken and didn’t have a toilet paper holder still not there a year later teeth marks on window seals from previous tenants cover up paint all over the walls and if ur heat and ac goes out apparently it’s normal for it to take a month to fix and 6 time of maintenance coming before actually fixing it manager is not helpful and this place tries to stick u with a extra fee anywhere they can also not rlly pet friendly when ur looking at abt a 1000 a year to have a pet

101 Virginia Apartment. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The location is fantastic—it’s downtown, but we still feel safe, and our workplace is just a ten-minute walk away. The building is clean, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance is good. One of the highlights is the management. We really lived staying here. The process of signing the lease was super smooth and Ann was a pleasure to work with overall.
Been staying here for more than a year now, Great responsive property manager and maintenance are quick to response also. Hallways, Elevator, Stairs and lobby are well maintained.
